Victorian / Burlesque / Steampunk style black lace skirt with embroidered floral patterns.  The skirt has a wide elastic waistband with multi layers of mesh/lace.  It is short and the front and long at the back.  Try pairing it with one of our steampunk or burlesque corsets.
