Postage prices are for within Australia only.
We are offering a Flat Rate Shipping Price of $10.0 per order Australia Wide by regular post regardless of how many items you order. You can also select Express Post at the Checkout for $15.00. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of items for Express Post per order – if your order exceeds 5 items, please go to the Additional Postage Options Link and select x 1 (additional $5). If they are light weight items, this may not apply so please contact us if you wish to check if this is applicable.

You may wish to consider Postage Insurance on your order – please contact us to arrange.
International Shipping will be calculated manually and you will receive a separate invoice for the postage. All international orders are sent with tracking.
International buyers – please note: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or postage cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine if these charges are applicable & what these additional costs will be prior to ordering.
Most items are in stock, however stock levels vary and some items may be sold out at the time of order. If the item you order is unavailable we will order the item in for you and send out ASAP. If this is the case we will notify you & advise expected delivery time (approx 2 weeks). If you are needing an item in a hurry please contact us and we will advise availability and expected delivery time. In the event that the item(s) you have ordered are no longer available or an unusually long delay we will give you the option of selecting another style or receive a refund on your order.
BACKORDER ITEMS – if you are ordering an item that is on backorder this means that it is not in our current stock – it may be in transit from our supplier but if not, we would need to order it in for you. Please contact us for estimated delivery time on backorder items.
As per our flat rate postage PER ORDER – We do not separate items for post – your order will be sent when all items are in stock, unless other arrangements are agreed upon.
Processing and dispatch times are given as a guide. We endeavour to have your order sent to you as soon as possible and in stock items are generally dispatched within 2 business days. Please note that if you select Express Post this will not automatically change the processing time – just the postal service. If you need your order sent urgently please contact us to arrange this.

If you wish to exchange for another size or style, or if there is a problem with your order please contact us within 14 days. Exchange is by arrangement and ONLY WHEN SWING TAG IS STILL ATTACHED TO THE GARMENT & GSTRING/PANTS (if applicable) ARE IN UNOPENED HEAT-SEALED BAG. Please see pics below.
We are not able to accept return of some items in our intimate apparel range due to health regulations, eg knickers & some lingerie/babydoll items that are bodysuits & we cannot separate the knickers/gstring to a heat sealed bag. If your item comes with separate underwear we will place the GString/Pants in a heat sealed bag & they can be returned for exchange providing the bag has not been opened. Please check with us if this applies to the style you are ordering. Without exception, there is no exchange on stockings, socks, knickers or wigs.
PLEASE refer to the measurements in our Size Chart to help you select the correct size. Return postage is to be paid by the buyer – the return postage price of the exchange item in most cases will be the flat rate of $10.00 for postage/handling but this amount may be more if it is one of the larger/heavier items. Please contact us to confirm return post price of your exchange item.
If for any reason you have a problem with a purchase please notify us within 14 days and you can choose between an exchange or credit. Sorry, no refunds for change of mind. The items must be in unworn condition and with swing tag attached.
Returns for refund are accepted in the following circumstances:
- The items is faulty
- The item is significantly different from the image shown on the listing.
